If you are using insurance, your statement will be provided on a monthly basis, either in person or through the mail, following the processing of your submitted sessions. You are also able to view your statements and billing activity through the client portal. If you have not received your log in information for your client portal please notify your therapist for assistance.

Private Pay 

Our practice requires a 24 hour cancellation notice. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and you have not contacted your therapist either by phone or email, you will be required to pay the full cost of your session.

Insurance 

Our practice is in-network with most private and public insurance plans. Mental health services are typically covered in full or in part by medical insurance but please check your coverage carefully. Be sure to verify the following:

  • Does my insurance cover mental health services?
  • Does my insurance have a limit on how many session per year I can have?
  • How much does my insurance cover per therapy session?
  • Do I need a referral from a primary care physician?


* Note: If you are covered under more then one insurance plan, you may be required to submit your own secondary claims. 



Our practice also offers a private pay/fee for service option. Clients will be required to pay out of pocket the entire fee amount based on services provided. This option is available for:

  • Those seeking services that do not meet criteria for a DSM-5 diagnosis needed to bill insurance
  • Those who currently do not have insurance or mental health coverage
  • Those who simply do not want a mental health diagnosis required for insurance billing
